The Prince Edward Island (PEI) Office of Immigration offers a variety of pathways to permanent residency for foreign nationals interested in living and working in our Province. The Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) are administered through the Expression of Interest system.

Foreign National Account:
This account is for individual foreign nationals who wish to apply to one of the PEI PNP streams on their own. Foreign nationals using this account are not represented by an immigration representative and are responsible for submitting and managing their own EOI profile.

Representative Account:
This account is for authorized immigration representatives who are working for Representative Companies that are registered with the PEI Office of Immigration. Representative accounts allow representatives to create and submit EOI profiles on behalf of their foreign national clients and to manage those profiles through the PEI PNP system.

Employer Account:
This account is for employers who are currently designated by the Province of Prince Edward Island under the Atlantic Immigration Program. Employer accounts allow designated employers to submit profiles on behalf of their foreign national employees who are seeking endorsement under the Atlantic Immigration Program.
